Short answer: we read every source ourselves, label every claim by how well it is supported, and show disagreements instead of hiding them.

The label system

Every claim carries one of six labels:

LabelMeaning
OfficialStated by Epic Games — in-game text, official posts or patch notes
ReportedMultiple independent outlets or credible first-hand reports agree; Epic has not confirmed
Community estimateA number or claim circulating in the community with no traceable origin
DisputedSources actively disagree; we show each version
No sourceClaim repeated with nothing behind it at all
FalseContradicted by in-game text or official statements

How sources are checked

Before a claim gets a label, we open the source and read what it actually says — not another site's summary of it. Player reports are marked as such no matter how widely they are repeated. Numbers with no traceable origin (like the "1 in 700,000" drop rate) are labelled community estimates, never stated as fact.

Numbers we calculate ourselves

Where we do arithmetic (for example, what a 1-in-700,000 rate implies over N chests), the formula and assumption are printed next to the result. If the assumption is unverified, the result is illustrative only.

Corrections and updates

Dates that matter on this site: <page-level "Updated" dates> change whenever a fact changes, not on a schedule. If you find an error, use the contact page; confirmed errors are fixed and noted the same day.

What we will never do

We do not sell, generate or broker game rewards; we do not run "token generator" tools (they are scams); we do not publish unverifiable live odds; and we do not accept payment for coverage.
